Sorry :-(
But I am back!!!
And I will be trying my best to get back into a routine!
So I will take this time to tell you a couple of my adventures that have came about me and my brand new wife!!
Its awesome to say that!)
So I went to the aquarium the other day.... now I love aquariums, they are awesome. Bringing the sea closer to us without the danger of being eaten by sharks (I know I live in England but still it could happen....) so I was quite excited!!
I walk up to the counter with Rachel and get 2 adult tickets to go in and up to that point I was being quite ignorant to the amount of children running around but still I take the tickets and head on it to the entrance and then it struck me.... It was half term..... We had just gotten tickets to one of the places that are inviting children for a discount and to my fear there were millions everywhere!
I don't know how to describe it to you really apart from complete chaos....

I think that this is really the only way I can show you the horror of it all.....
Imagine these cats as little screaming children in a entrance hall to the aquarium....
Aquarium - Place of wonder, Nice clam blues span the wall... the sound of the calming through the speakers....
Children on half term - Horrible little manias bent on destroying my lovely aquarium dream.....
THEY DONT MIX!!!!
The funny thing was that there were 5 rules on the wall of the aquarium for people to follow.... Here they are
1- No flash photography
2- No running around
3- No screaming or loud noises
4- No climbing on the display rocks
5- No banging on the tanks
As we walked into the first area all of those rules were broken in a tenth of a second with the parents just turing a blind eye to the chaos of their children torturing all those innocent sea creatures.
With all the random cries of "MUM I FOUND NEMO", "LOOK THAT ONE LOOKS GROSS" and "I WONDER WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I HIT THAT ONE" flying around we slowly progressed through the aquarium.
It was a shame that it all collided, as I said before I am a big fan of aquariums so I really was looking forward to it but there was always a screaming child, covered in some form of stickiness (which was usually coloured red???? I DONT KNOW WHY!!!!) having a tantrum on the floor because they cant give Nemo a hug.
So the lesson is one of either two things really....
1 - Don't have kids.....
2 - (the less extreme) Avoid aquariums on half term week.....
Thanks for reading :)
