My Views On Football Transfers....

So as I type this I'm sat in my room surfing the internet in a type of drastic fashion to find any and as much info on the premier league transfer market as it is indeed the last open day for it. Now this may turn some people away by the mention of football but really its more exciting than that, its like finding out that you might be getting a car or that present you have always wanted!

I sit here with a million and one thoughts about Liverpool and who they could bring to improve their team and at this moment I wish I could jump into any managers shoes just to feel the excitement and buzz of the transfers...

I guess it must be like Christmas, despite the fact you know exactly what your getting because your the one who has signed the player, you know why you wanted it in the first place and then you can imagine just like a 9 year old who has just got a remote control car for Christmas driving it around as if it was on a mission with a whole back story and everything! The managers must come alive at this point and if they don't they are just boring!

This is what I would like to think the transfer market is like but I would expect that its more like everyone running to the local shops and grabbing as many bargains as possible whether they truly need it or not, I imagine them all lining up to pay at the tills with their trolleys full of potential bargains. The imagery here has made me smile a lot to then think of Alex Ferguson behind Arsene Wenger in the cue and him saying some sort of line like "well this has never happened before...", also do you think Ferguson is a weetabix guy or a shreddies? I would think Weetabix but you know on the days he is feeling adventurous and feels like mixing around the team he will eat his shreddies....

Anyway so I think that even though I have a wild imagination when I think of the most basic things I still love to think that at one point in their lives the managers of certain football teams will finally find themselves behind others in the cue for football talent and it won't all come down to money but rather the actually team pride instead... I can dream right?
