the free speech law on social networks....

So I as many of you guys know am engage to Rachel Stevenson and I often after skyping with her (as she does live in America so skyping is necessary) I will update my Facebook status to something about our chat and how I feel about her. I will do this maybe 4 or 5 times a week, this is how I show my emotions to my family, her family and everyone who cares about our relationship.

What I understand about Facebook, Myspace, Bebo and whatever other social network sites are about is that it allows you to tell the social network world what is going on in our own world. And it is up to the person who has the registered profile to write whatever they want.

And yet I still have people coming up to me saying that they are fed up with me and my "lame" Facebook status's about my feelings and my relationship with Rachel. I don't understand why people choose to say and comment on things like that! I would like to say that whatever I write on my Facebook wall is completely and totally up to me and nothing is really going to change that.

They should make a group about this on Facebook and call it "I CAN WRITE WHATEVER I WANT ON MY FACEBOOK SO DEAL WITH IT!!" but yeah I would totally join that group!

OK rant over...

Thanks for reading!! :-P
