Let The Work Begin...

Today is a good day...

Today is a day that I gave to finding out some more about God.

Today is the day that I went to the seafront as I always do and saw the beauty of nature.

The sea looked very grey, the wind was quite strong.

Seagulls surfing the air in their spectacular way.

The only noise is the consistent waves crashing against the rocks over and over.

Interrupted by the odd car going past or person shouting.

The sun wasn't out today, trapped behind the clouds.

It set the scene for a storm to enter the equation.

......

I went to the sea front because that is usually the place where I can find calm, I can find my quiet place.

But today I found God through the grey, through the wind, through the waves.

It helped me realize that even though I have my 'ways' of finding God, He is always and will always be able to find me.

It doesn't have to be a gloriously hot day to find God, it doesn't have to be the most picturesque moment in your life to find God.

You just have to be open.

This sounds so simple but its probably one of the main things I struggle with...

Give God the time and space to work with and He will work.

He Will Work.

It may not be the way we want, but He will work.
